Rental Asset Management

We will tailor make our Rental Asset Management solution specifically designed to meet the needs of the Individual Residential & Commercial Property Investor. Whether it be a single unit or a Portfolio of Properties- we will handle the day-to-day aspects of your Rental Asset Portfolio, taking the hassle and frustration out of your hands, whilst focusing and maintaining the best possible R.O.I (return on investment) on your Property or Portfolio. We offer an exceptional level of service.

5.5% Monthly Management Fee on Rental/ Rental Book- Negotiable : From R 600

Residential Property Rentals

We will find the right tenant for your property, carry out the necessary required checks and place the tenant. Comprehensive tenant vetting across TPN, TransUnion & Experian Drafting, administration & negotiation and legal contracts Preferred maintenance contractors to assist with repairs Viewing appointments Advertising is done on property portal, social media & digital advertising Renewal of Lease Agreements Will facilitate ingoing & outgoing inspections Will arrange cleaning of the property

5.75% for Once off Placements/ Procurement of Tenant : From R 500

We offer comprehensive Sectional Title Body Corporate & Homeowners Association Management services:- Financial management, reporting & budgeting, administration, communication & liaison work, advisory work, Trustee meetings, AGMs & SGMs, updates on legislation & governance. Services are described in more detail in our brochure to be supplied on request. We cater and facilitate for both Residential and Commercial Properties. Will quote based on size of complex and services needed.
